Police in Florida are currently investigating an incident involving a firearm that resulted in the death of a woman. The victim’s neighbor was reportedly cleaning his gun when he fired a shot that killed her. At this point, it is unclear if he will face charges for the shooting.
What allegedly happened?
According to reports, on Sunday, April 11, a Jacksonville man was in his home when he pulled the trigger. The bullet went through the wall of his home, traveled roughly 50 yards, and through the wall of his neighbor’s house. The victim was in her front room when she was hit. First responders were called to the scene, but sadly, she died before being transported to a medical facility.
