Before entering private practice, Ms. Wagner practiced for two years as a Public Defender in the 19th Circuit handling cases ranging from First Degree Felonies, misdemeanors, and juvenile charges. While at the Public Defender’s Office, she was awarded “Best Advocate” for her trial skills.
Ms. Wagner received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. In Miami, she interned for United States Judge Shelby Highsmith, and for attorney Roy Black at Black, Srebnick, Kornspan and Stumpf. Ms. Wagner served as a director of the Moot Court Board (ranked 6th in the nation), argued at national competitions, and received the Honors Award (the highest achievement) in Litigation Skills.
Ms. Wagner received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida, and was the Editor-In-Chief of a campus run magazine, ICON. Born and raised in Stuart, FL, she is committed to helping her hometown, as well as all of South Florida.
